So Please Educate Me. i understand VRRB supposed to switch to NASDAQ in the near future as i know many co workers that own the stock that are expecting it to have a major run up in PPS. but just because a stock switches to a different stock exchange does not mean the PPS is going to exponentially go up. technically it could even go down. What is the Catalyst that makes anyone state this stock is going to go up 500 percent or to 100 a share or whatever PPS you want to put on it? i looked at the companys financials and nothing impressive stands out, in fact the financials seem more like a negative factor. there revenue is only 32k a year. P/E is not applicable because earnings are way too low. they have 634k cash but 2 million in debt. sounds like the company has good emerging SAS technology but there is no revenue to speak of. so what is the Catalist that makes people think this stock is undervalued and demands a higher PPS? just because its going to NASDAQ is not going to make them earn more money. if there revenue does not go up and there debt stays the same or goes up it could drive the PPS even lower. So again what is the Catalyst that is going to make the Market demand more shares of this company to cause the PPS to go up to what shareholders of this stock seem to be expecting ? thank you in advance for your response
