had a morning chit chat with the ceo just now. seems like a nice enough guy. my one take away is this debt reduction clearing of the books has more significance than just getting rid of it from the way he talked about it.

this has to be done and accomplished to get to something else like a buyout or partnership etc from my take on the conversation. i don't normally contact ceo's otc ceo's 99% of the time are pos... daniel was nice and i was impressed with the guy.
