Well..Pedro, how about this? If you first sent all that you say you did Before, why were you emailing, Steve under an email alias? Why was he asking us? I'm looking at what SK emailed, dates, when SK was asking if we knew who it was. SK definitely did not know who it was. And thru your emails, it looks like SK gave you Frizzell's address.

I sent him Bill Frizzell’s address, so that I get the letter quicker. I worked with Jerry years ago and settled, but I am not inclined to do so again after all the blood and sweat that has gone into CMKM/NHHI.
If there was ever a case of management guarding “shareholder rights” and exercising “fiduciary duty”, then this is the textbook case. However, the company cannot afford the time, energy or costs of another pointless litigation.

Steve gets all kinds of anonymous mail, claiming to be shareholders and strange writings and crazy stuff, sometimes threats, so it is not uncommon to consult researchers. I wrote him right away it was you Pedro. Not from the alias, which was unknown to me, but 3 other things.
It was after that, other questions came, so it was not really that hard to figure out what was going on. I have almost everything in writing that happened, since Steve picked researchers, mostly, in case of lawsuit or legalities, so there would be a record, if ever needed.
