Pedro, when you contacted Steve by email, you did it under an email alias. He didn't even know who was threatening to sue him.

Well....

I served CMKM/NHH, Steve, and Frizzell with a production of financial records request. And attached copies of my stock certificates for verification of shareholder status.

Around fifteen-days later I served CMKM/NHH, Steve, and Frizzell with a notice of intent to sue.

Then I served the California Lawsuit Attorneys a notice of pending interpleader to be filed.

I was one-week away from joining the California lawsuit, when....

Steve provided the tax returns and financial records that I requested.

So...you might not be getting the story straight -- claiming all this was done under an alias.

And that's the problem. The facts are not correlating with the stories that are being told.
