1. Start updating their filings
2. Apply for 1 of 12 new patents on their
tech
3. Announce new lawsuit for patent
infringement.
4. New joint venture with PGA for CadiCam.

Pick your event the CEO has been out of Country for past 10 days, will be back Monday. I have a feeling something will happen soon.

Here is what is happening from what I can tell and reading the tea leaf.
The Company is very close to retiring all toxic debt, one hold out but small amount left, once completed filing will follow within days.
Lawsuit progress, been kept quiet until toxic are out of the picture. So behind the scenes list being made damages calculated enough said.
New technology and applications progress and new patent applications moving forward.

We are days away not weeks from a new flow of information.

Who will settle before a court date

Just an update:
BRK will announce the amount in damages fir the unauthorized use of patent by previous President of the company. The damages will strictly be for that company. They will need to issue lawsuits against all other users of tech (ESPN, NHL,and any other users). These lawsuits will be announced shortly. They are trying to negotiate settlements with each one

BRK is about to retire all toxic debt holders

BRK upon the retirement of the toxic debt the Company will update all filings and become current.

These are the top three issues to be completed in January.

What if they eliminated all toxic debt?
What if they reported all financials and became current?
What if they announced the settlement agreement with the lawsuit and begin receiving revenue from the IP.
These are all events that will have a huge impact on the value of this company and they are all very close to being realized.

i'm hearing a deal with the PGA is immanent

The last press release had a comment about the DOD (Department of Defense) why would they say it in the release if they weren't already working on a deal

so this little bird says we have 4 things to possibly look forward to this week.
#1 the removal of all toxic debt and going current. BIG NEWS FOR SURE but imo isn't a true priority unless there is talk about a buyout or merger.
#2 Apply for 1 of 12 new patents. now this is a priority because this takes time a lot of it. could this be our news? imo it should be part of it.
#3 new lawsuit for patent infringement. this should also be done immediately because of the time needed. could a list a patent infringers be released this week PLEASE YES. if it's ESPN, NHL etc it's going to get good around here.
#4 joint venture with PGA. now this one is quite interesting. our little bird has sung the song of this cadicam multiple times 4 to be exact hmmmm. could this be our news? i don't know what the F*** would happen if this was our news in all honesty.

then you have hints about DOD military... there are some very interesting developments concerning brk that could affect the share price significantly. no toxic notes shows brkk can and will become a long hold for a lot of players. very interesting VERY...
