I'm also doing the same. I use, turmeric curcumin w/bioperine and soon moving up to Bodease. I also use CBD oil and Actipatch. My tens is gathering dust I start my physical therapy Monday. My back is also bone on bone, degenerative disc disease. I'm only a year older but hopefully I'll walk until my last day without being drugged to death or stuck in a wheelchair, knock on wood.
