Miamifl try Turmeric Curcumin for anti-inflammation and if you have not tried CBD .. it works. I use both of those with the Actipatch and have not taken anything more than my baby aspirin since December.

I do PT 3 days a week and my Dr is now a Bieliver in all 3 products! Stage 3 spinal degeneration and bone on bone. I feel younger at 55. Still a long way to go but hey I have to do my part and yoga.
