... I forgot the fourth lawsuit. That was a proceeding to add two directors and officers of MaxD to the judgment in favor of Google. Google succeeded. The two officers are now personal judgment debtors. There was also a court order requiring MaxD to respond to Google’s motion for production of financial records as they pursue collection of the judgment debt. The deadline was Monday. It came and went.

There really should be a press release. A truthful one.
