Chump - it is you who has not read my text carefully

You use their 'injection site reaction' as a reason for not increasing the dosage - I know that and have stated that:

Maybe SC is hard with these amount? I don't know.
But in such case, they could have used IV for higher amounts, as we need to proof the MOA on dosage escalation and not convenience.

The TNBC trial was new, so they could have setup that as they wish.

But for the arguments sake, they probably could have increased the dosage by simply injecting 700mg twice a week.

Point is: IMHO they should have went on with a higher dosage and surely not below 700mg.

Whatever, let's wait for them to start the trial and see the results. It is OK to have different opinions.
