I agree totally! It seems like the owner is purposely sabotaging his own product, or holding out for the perfect deal! I don't believe he is sabotaging it just seems that way! But I do believe he is holding out for the perfect deal, and if so, we have a CEO who is delusional, a small company like BIEL cannot afford to wait for the perfect deal, lack of funds will bury this company.

Someone else will come along with a similar device, that has the funding and take the opportunity away from BIEL! That is the reality of business!
