'43, may I chime in? BIEL's management is scuttling its own product. There is no other explanation for their actions. No one is that incompetent, on one! If one has a winning product, it will essentially sell itself, with a little push with public awareness. Ya, that's right, advertise BIEL!! There is a bit of irony associated with this situation, in that, there is a great need for this product, and the owner is not not really trying to sell it. IMO!! What we shareholders should be asking, at this stage, is why this is taking place? Thus, try to get an answer for this conundrum. Of course, this is My Opinion!
