Re: Please see AZ's posts regarding COOP's removal of the 5% ownership restriction. The 5% ownership restriction was in place to protect the NOL usage by reorged WMI-COOP. Reorged WMI-COOP had the use of the NOLs until reorged WMI-COOP recovered from it's WMB loss. No more loss, no more NOLs.

Wow! This is the biggest news of the year. The NOL finally goes away.
