in answer to the question :"If it's all a hoot of nothing, why haven't the ZN lawyers be able to convince the SEC to terminate the investigation?"

the sec is known to be very thorough, especially during the swamp era, where reportedly many agencies received illegal orders to destroy business "because all business is evil and must be destroyed"-thus thousands of penny stocks were restricted etc without due process by various agencies and brokers etc

so the sec is not going to terminate the investigation until it is complete-you yourself have said sec is slow and takes a couple years to investigate!!

in a previous stock i was in which the company was charged by the sec-not just an investitgation-a judge eventually dismissed all the charges against the company while the sec remained silent-as if the sec didnt want to acknowledge the charges against the company were false


Re your contention: "Neither is it too difficult to read the filings, and figure out that in 10 yrs the Brown gang has bilked investors for million$$$, and ZN has not produced one drop of oil revenue. Or that 80-90% of the revenue proceeds from a PSPP fund raising was not spent for oil drilling"


the lengthy 10q's etc -supported by pics etc show where the money went-and etc for salaries did not go in to somebodies pocket
if it had where were the whistle blowers all those years???
