in answer to the question :"If it's all a hoot of nothing, why haven't the ZN lawyers be able to convince the SEC to terminate the investigation?"

Post being replied to

the sec is known to be very thorough, especially during the swamp era, where reportedly many agencies received illegal orders to destroy business "because all business is evil and must be destroyed"-thus thousands of penny stocks were restricted etc without due process by various agencies and brokers etc

Gee. Guess we're still in this "swamp era", because ZN received its subpoena in 2018. Although it's fair to believe one is in a swamp era - with ZN like scams being the swap, and the SEC attempting to drain it.

thus thousands of penny stocks were restricted etc without due process by various agencies and brokers etc

So besides the evil Panda, one now has a conspiracy by brokers, and "various agencies" (e.g. SEC?)??? With ZN a victim?

so the sec is not going to terminate the investigation until it is complete-you yourself have said sec is slow and takes a couple years to investigate!!

Yes ZN could survive for 2 more years, as the SEC completes its investigation. And your point is what? Yet to be answered is my question: Why haven't ZN's lawyers, and auditor addressed all concerns of the SEC investigation? The SEC then goes away. There's nothing in the SEC Enforcement Manual which says a formal investigation once started, must remain open for 1-3 yrs. Butter yet, how about a PR from ZN management outlining what's being investigated by the SEC, and how ZN is addressing it. Then again, a scam wouldn't want to perform a self hanging in front of the SEC if there are securities violations.

the lengthy 10q's etc -supported by pics etc show where the money went-and etc for salaries did not go in to somebodies pocket

So ZN lied when they stated Brown gets $260K per yr in salary? The BODs for the history of the company have worked for free?

Let's just say that as the SEC investigates a decade of audits, following the money trail, that not one drop of oil revenue was ever realized - no matter how many scenic pictures are provide in the filings of the past.

where were the whistle blowers all those years???

Don't tell anyone but... they seem to have suddenly shown up.
