I get your points, and they are very good ones, at that. But my point is BIEL's management has done such a poor job of being stewards of this company that they have all but driven it out of existence. Thus, it will take a buyer with a strong stomach to even think about touching it. For instance, (1) consider the terrible ignominious failure as per the FDA, (2) the missteps regarding the NHS, (3) the numerous license agreements and/or partnering deals which have not materialized, (4) they have demonstrated a strange antipathy towards promoting the company (Explain that one!), and please don't even mention that ridiculously bloated share structure. I could go on and on, and all of this historical dysfunction has hurt the reputation of the company and sadly, its product! However, I do admit, there always seems to be "That Guy" who will take a wild swing at an out-of-play curve ball, and maybe that will happen in this case. But, I guess we must wait and see. Huh!
