With all due respect DL, they are not going to buy this company for the management, that's for SURE!. Businesses are acquired for their products or services. What the acquiring company feels/knows they can do with them. Any existing management at high level will be shown the door, if not immediately, then eventually soon after a buyout occurs. So this crap management will be of no consequence, positively or negatively for acquisition decision. THE PRODUCTS, if deemed salable, will be the reason for such. Very common, and I have seen it personally, that management is ousted after company buyout. Most top executives have a 'buyout clause' in their contract guaranteeing them compensation in the event of such. Do not know if our fearless leader has one, but IMO the most it should be is based on his success at doing his job for HIS STOCKHOLDERS.--- THUS $1.OO!!!
