The Anvia Holdings Corporation type loan would allow shmp to execute their commercialization without affecting the PPS with dilution.

Scenario

Harvest PRed numbers are shock and awe.
GHS offers a conventional non toxic equity loan that does not mature for one year allowing SHMP to complete their commercialization build out.
Now SHMP has value as in their PATENT allowing for a more favorable finance arrangement.
