Well,

To answer your question, the timeline shows the articles and FOIA requests time and time again about a nonexistent (unknown to Zion Oil) investigation. This while a whistle blower report was filed, the dates are there and there was great effort by some to go after Zion, long before the SEC probably even looked at it.

That being said, that report could have very well been the instigator of the SEC looking into Zion Oil. We just do not know but I think they are related as I watched it happen. The difference is I documented it but I have to keep that elsewhere. It is publicly available to those that are interested.

There are links to it on Zion's Facebook page for those interested if they still have them up. I have had my battles with Zion Oil for not fighting back. I watched it go down, I watched the company get attacked and for the most part it refused to fight back, so I did. They chose not to and I can understand why, but then again, lawyers usually win and I think they did in this case as well.

One day we will know the truth, for now we wait.

The attacks continue even though the stock is almost worthless which to me gives credence to the speculation that it was not just the companies executives that were the target. It was a target because of what the company stood for in some respects. Its political for sure. It is a nothing stock yet attracts its fair share of attention don't you think?

Oh well...... When is the next Financial Times hit piece coming?
