This P2 trial using Ipi appears to follow on from a retrospective analysis of a small number of patients who received a bit of everything including Ipi in the UK.

It's the first time that Ipi has been used in GBM, to the best of my knowledge. Why it should do any better than Nivo, that has already failed in rGBM I've no idea..
