I recall after also mentioning to NWBO how important it was to make multiple injections around a tumor location when going in to dose the patient (They likely already knew this). Dr. Bosch later discussed at a presentation an injection needle they now use to spin a 45 degree device in order to make multiple injections around a single entry Location.

The local/regional approach I was also hoping for DCVax-Direct a couple years ago (I’m sure they also must have already thought of this) is now planned by Dr. Q with his reservoir technique in the brain to treat metastases from cancers originating elsewhere in the body. I did not, until today, thanks to you, know where neoantigens like to hang out. Very interesting.
