Completely transparent? So your telling me that the court should of stated this was a 338h10 in the beginning so everyone could buy as many shares as possible for a buyout? Yet again another stay was requested Bec this liquidation and bankruptcy process is so difficult to complete even though it supposedly finished months ago. $1.5 million in restricting fees to lose everything? I think not
