Yes, transparent.

Bankruptcy is a slow process. Especially in liquidation. This one is actually FAST - it is not uncommon for liquidations to date a minimum of a year, with several years not being unheard of.

And $1.5 million in fees is actually reasonable. Again, bankruptcy is not cheap. The costs in smaller bankruptcies can often be as high as 75% of the proceeds.

I know it may all see crazy to those that have no experience with bankruptcies, but BIOAQ's is not out of the ordinary in any way.
