Shareholders get nothing. There is no second part to the deal.

$4.3 million is all there is. Nothing more.

This should not be difficult to understand. There are no secret deals - the bankruptcy BY LAW is completely transparent. What you see is all there is.

Anyone holding shares at the conclusion of the bankruptcy will lose 100% of their investment. Guaranteed.
