I saw that as well (ARCA on bid with lot size 99,900), but I'm not sure what to make of it. Of course, at our current share price, 99,900 is not really a large lot size at all.

Certainly, I am glad that they (ARCA) are on the bid and not the ask, but I can not offer any insight as to who they are representing with their bid.
