Billdog, thanks for your take on what you believe is happening. Rightfully so, we may had been waiting on acceptance of the 2015 financials and never gained that. Perhaps between Lenny and Neil that’s what had happened.
Once Neil bought Lenny’s preferred shares for $6k out of his own “pocket” perhaps is when the exhibit in the OG 8K had some actual meaning.
Now that 2016, 2017 and 2018! Essentially has past, what’s next.
Do we wait for 60 days post Nov 15th?
