I may be wrong, but here is my understanding of things. Back in 2016 NK said financials were done and were waiting on someone to sign off. I took/take that to mean that someone from SPCL has refused to sign the 2015 financials. According to the 8k shortly before grey’s financials are done but “waiting “. According to posts on the board, it takes only 2 years of financials when reapplying. They also have have stated on the board that they (the Corp. must wait 60 days to reapply. If these fact’s are true we just have to wait.
