Totally false statements:

1. TA would not give out OS prior to late-2015 following (conservative) FD Guidelines to only provide what is published in filings or it is not considered public info. TA changed policy , Company had nothing to do w/it. TA was same for ALL co's.

2 Company never issued "billions of shares." Ever. Conversion according to CD contracts prior to 2016. Now eliminated.

3. No one can issue shares but TA.
