They did nothing 'illegal' per se they just used clever tricks to keep them from showing directly in the OS. They are there.
And as for issuing without the TA being involved, well DBMM/RTGV is hardly the first and wont be the last. Look at all the shares that suddenly showed up just before the 2 RSs. No filings by the company, no updates from the TA, yet there were billions of shares issued. How's that work?
And where's those form 4s for issuing shares to themselves? Talk about not filing proper papers. You know, those shares that are exercisable at 73 to 1. If theres 1 thing to be worried about that's it. MASSIVE dilution coming at some point. And hey fellow holders, those shares are NOT subject to the same RS rules as commons are. We get hosed while they keep all theirs!
