Good link Emit, that article cleared up some misconceptions that I had regarding interstate commerce in CBD. Remember when Big Pharma tried to get the FDA to regulate supplements as they regulate FDA-approved drugs? I expect Big Pharma to likewise pick a fight with the CBD producers, and try to hold them to the letter of the law here as well.

I still think that MJ will be legal Federally within 3 - 4 years too.
