So, if you are a licensed grower, you are legal to produce CBD products.

''The Farm Bill ensures that any cannabinoid—a set of chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant—that is derived from hemp will be legal, if and only if that hemp is produced in a manner consistent with the Farm Bill, associated federal regulations, association state regulations, and by a licensed grower''

lol, now that clears that up -

More FDA association to said brands

''Knowing your producer and whether they are legal and legitimate will be an important part of consumer research in a post-2018 Farm Bill world.''

We'll see more n more state licensed brands skirting the fda and forging into wellness business models, similar to how vitamins holistics have done; and many more trials by other licensed producers bringing on a range of other GW Pharma's.

Then there's hemp as a textile-commodity - That's a Whole new world
In-of-itself.

Lot to be done, and we're in on it.
