I must say, that if delaying the start of dividends avoids further dilution and dumpage, then it may be a positive in the medium/ long term.
It does appear that SIAF has at least begun to show positive cash flow, albeit not enough to pay the dividend.
As always, the problem is Solomon can't seem to control his urge to spend everything that comes in. I was encouraged to see that at least his comments acknowledged that this spending to expand assets has been a mistake in the past. Whether he will actually change his actions remains to be seen.
