I have heard that SD came onboard and was going to deliver the smoking gun in the Fitzgerald saga. SD from what I understand was the person that was pushing BJ to keep going to court as he had the info to win the case. Well we know how that turned out now dont we. Then SD was wanting part of Mina Pascua and he had info because his father Dr Clyde had done some work in the area. SD at that time was a good friend to all but something went horribly wrong. SD wanted 50% of Mina Pascua and was relentless about it. From the part of JL and BJ saying no way SD started a smear campaign and has carried on. The info is coming from Chile from the Morman community and this would be the reason that SD gets alot of the info faster than anyone else. This is how they knew that Cristobal had been killed. From this I was told that it is just a smear campaign and this is why SD sent all of the info to the BCSC to hurt BJ because he said NO. So this is not a monetary gains issue it is if you wont deal with me then you will deal with no one. So similar to Barrick at Pascua Lama with the Chile environmental destruction.
