Can anyone explain to me what monetary gains SD and associates would expect to make as friends of the courts in his/their quest to destroy JL as well as BJ in the Mina Pascua Claims?

Who would and how could funds be paid out if the BCSC is successful in their criminal prosecution of BJ and by definition JL?

Also what and who is a tall slimy creature??????
Is he part of the SD associates group?
