BJ won't have to worry about any class actions since JL will never achieve any success "proving his claims". And even if the world suddenly started turning in the opposite direction and JL somehow managed to "prove his claims", what makes you think that BJ would see a single cent as a result?


JL is looking after Numero Uno, which is quite evident from his posts stating that MSX has no right to that $6 mil that BJ gave him... in spite of JL's inability to deliver "clean title" as per the option agreement. (Not counting those all impressive ROL numbers of course ;)


So newgold... how's that court case in Chile going where all the BCSC and Barrick minions are appearing in one big unhappy bunch just like the defendants at Nuremburg? Are the convictions getting doled out yet and the big financial penalties piling up for JL and BJ? Will it be Happy Holidays for BJ in spite of his upcoming date to join the BCSC for some fun and frivolity at their Christmas party on the 21st?
