These would be based on the many extraordinary claims of shallow success never realized, never researched, never real at the time these were made.

So many owed to this date from those promises.

Hollow promises in exchange for loans and funds in pursuit of the never to end SAGA of the Pascua Lama Story.

These actions may make those actions of the BCSC look like a walk in the daisies......
