IMO:The Reply Briefs are due no later than November 22..The Judge's clerk can write an opinion a day after Thanksgiving on November 24 which may well include Sanctions and the Judge can sign the Order that day,providing IDCC with a Monetary Judgement in the range of $200 Million..I believe Samsung will not play russian roulette with bullets in every chamber ..and use some of the $200 Million as leverage for their 2G settlement and 3G license which will not be very much more than the $285 Million LG License, which included 2G... for which Samsung will be paid in full ..I expect a Thanksgiving Turkey with a Samsung 3G License as stuffing..

That is exactly what BM said in the cc.

In the New York case we have already indicated to the court that some Samsung’s more egregious positions may be sanctional. We also have every confidence that we will prevail in the New York and secure the judgment necessary to collect the amounts due to us. We have no intention of patiently waiting for them to pay us. They have already disregarded the payment fine table in the award. Once we have a legal mechanism by which to get paid, one of which is seizure of their assets we will use it.
