Certainly worthy of class action should valuation and assets of Pixel warrant any recovery. Would need to run it through a competent securities attorney. The case may be actionable as well through state AG offices.

I'm surprised Neil made no suggestion of continuing as a private entity or filing a form 10? He leaves himself hanging out and potentially personally vulnerable. IMO
