No, nothing will ever happen. This is pure incompotence by Neil Kleinman. He was the CEO and got no one to do their job. I would guess he has given up and there is no additional plan because he could accomplish his initial task therefore not smart enough to have a higher plan. I and we lost our money. It's over!

Brian - what I will say to you is this, the three sets of professionals responsible for our filings and compliance - independent accountant who prepares financial statements for the auditor and company corporate counsel were paid in full to perform their tasks. I hear the chorus of discontent and used that to encourage my professional team to complete all or part of their roles but has not worked so well. One of them is on your email chain and sending this message to my sales line (usa@pixelmags.com) or publicy shaming PixelMags on social media, etc. has only damaged the companies ability to win clients. Our sense is our prospects (magazine Publishers) read about the stock when they are considering digital distribtion service providers and choose one of the many others in this competitive environment, but no doubt hurting our operating business

Great work with the shareholder update! You guys are amazing how well you do your jobs! Can't wait until we all get together. Should be a lot of fun catching up and talking about all of the brilliant decisions and accomplishments you guys have achieved with Pixelmags including stealing everyone's money. Great work!
Oh and Keith what a great job you did with getting not 1 but 2 companies suspended within 6 months of each other. Now that is impressive! and I don't think it has ever been done by anyone else. Puts you in a class of your own!!! Glad I didn't own any EMAV! Lol!
