No More Utopya

All signs point to the Utopya Innovations Inc acquisition of the ANDI shell as having been unwound/terminated. With the ANDI shell going back into control of William White (Louden Owen's old buddy) just in time to avoid having to disclose that Utopya has no real smart phone operations in the Annual report that was due out next week.

William White is now listed as the sole officer at the Wyoming SOS

William White is also now listed as the Chairman and CEO again on OTC Markets

William White is obviously back in control of the ANDI shell (just like he was before the whole Utopya farce took place)


As I've been saying since March, ANDI is the biggest pump & dump of 2018 and the whole Utopya smart phone fraud was nothing more than an insider enrichment scam through the sale of hundreds of millions of shares created from Series B Preferred share conversions.

Utopya, which was brought to you by the Comet Core scam team (Jason Steinberg, Ian Brewster, and Louden Owen) together with Mike Starkweather, Corbin Hardy, Darryl Green, and Dustin Secor, ended up being an even bigger scam than Comet Core.
