OMG...To a handful EVERYTHING BIEL does is awesome. They were in an injunction with the SEC. They were found GUILTY <<<<<AGAIN GUILTY>>>> and assessed a recommendation of a 2.8 Million dollar fine. They found a way to use an admin error and settled for $166k. Not only did it possibly close the case(its not closed yet) it was a settlement on their GUILTY GUILTLY GUILTY plea. Look it up. DAMN

How many times have people paid near 200k for a settlement when innocent? You dont fine the innocent.

The findings were in favor of the SEC. Be glad there was a changing of the guard at the POTUS level. Thats how you got less of a sentence. A sentence. You dont sentence the innocent. Look it up. BIEL was found at fault, and it came down to an unlawful of appointment of judges. So they got where they got. If they werent BIEL would be on the hook for their illegal activity at a higher level. They still are on the hook for their illegal <<<YES ILLEGAL activity at the cost of $166k now. Innocent you would have gotten ZERO.

Be happy you got away with this. Yet now cash strapped BIEL has to come up with it. Guess how thats coming? They still will owe what they made in an entire quarter, in sales. A quarter where they lost $750k overall.

None of this company is good. Yet the spark is "we paid less for our fine for the infraction we committed". Wow, just WOW... THINK ABOUT THAT.

Folks saw a low volume fake lift, on hey we owe less for the crimes we committed. Yeah, great company and actions.
