Shows BIEL pleaded guilty to breaking the law.

I am asking respectfully for written proof that BIEL admitted guilt. No where in their financials or on their web-site or from the SEC that it states guilt. In my opinion, an ex-employee with an axe to grind started this absurd development. Poor BIEL had to spend some cash on this falsehood. Sad---very sad indeed!
