No performing trusts once they are sold and they will be all sold if they belong to WMI.

- Most WAMU trusts were included in the 1.9B sale to JPM (most of them).

- Some WAMU trusts were not included in the 1.9B price: safe harbor, securitized, SPE, retained by FDIC. They will be all sold by WMILT or FDIC and the proceed will be returned to those who signed release and split 75/25 til the end. After there are sold, WMILT will be disbanded and there will be no more "performing trusts" belonging to us. While they are still be sold then of course any beneficial interest will go to WMILT to be distributed to escrow,

It is such a simple concept and I have no idea why it costs so much atoms and electrons and brain power and time to keep haggling over and over and over.
