Not really Bill. Yes, if I entered an order to sell 175k shares at the market it would crater the stock. However, I am rather certain I could call the company today and over the next week work out a deal where I sell them all my shares in a private transaction at $3.50 or $3.80. It would be a good deal for all involved and the BOD would approve it. It would accretive to all shareholders - except me. But at least I would be out. Others with big positions contemplating getting out should consider this.

Acquisitions - VirTra could spend anywhere from $1million to about $40million to buy something that makes sense. In other words, they could (and should) buy something that could more than double their current size. Yes, they would have some debt, but debt is still cheap and the company generates plenty of cash. Now is the time to do it as public companies are cheap and private sector valuations have gone down in sympathy.

You are right about using the word "miracle" because that is what it would take for this CEO to do something BIG and GOOD correctly.
