O/S Updated Again

Still sitting at 779,792,252 as of 11/13/2018

O/S has remained unchanged since 11/09/2018 - 11/13/2018, which means no dilution during the run up.

Typically when a delinquent OTC stock starts updating their transfer agent regularly, it means they are about to catch up on filings... saw the exact same thing happen with $NHPI.

Something is definitely going on here, good to be in early.
