It all starts to make sense now why ANDI, which doesn't have any products, is touting some partnership with MAC Branding (an alleged branding company). It's because MAC Branding is just an extension of StreetBeatz which was a past company ANDI partnered with. That StreetBeatz partnership amounted to NOTHING and resulted in ANDI issuing 500,000,000 shares. The StreetBeatz people have 500,000,000 shares which should become unrestricted on January 8, 2019 so it is in their best interest to help ANDI pretend to be involved in something so that they can go back to fleecing retail investors again.


In fact, nothing ANDI has ever touted ended up amounting to anything. They just move from one scam partnership to the next. Take Peppermint Jim for example. Peppermint Jim just moves from scammy penny stock to scammy penny stock to scammy penny stock making deals that never amount to anything. They moved from MRIB to ANDI to LIBE always touting a merger/acquisition that never ends up happening.

Then of course there was the Utopya scam which back in March I dubbed the biggest pump & dump scam of 2018

Utopya amounted to NOTHING but 2 billion shares of dilution and millions of dollars in investor losses. Now Utopya is no more. They have nothing to do with ANDI. So now ANDI has no phones - not even the fake Utopya phones any more.
