What were the SISP bids again? Why has PWC not made that info public? They made the asset purchase bids available. Why are they hiding the bids in the SISP?

I mean when was the decision made to stop production of the Sarnia plant to put it in distressed mode so LCY could use the Visolis CEO name in court docs to scoop it up for cheap?

Is that date before or after the BIOAQ ENO and BOD resigned? Certain BOD members resigned before others so what was talked about with the other BOD that left afterwards?

Show the SISP Bids PWC. Stop playing games with wording.

Why did the Visolis CEO start up LCY Biotechnologies and list his name only as BOD and he was the President.

Then the judges sign off on the Visolis purchase agreement.

Then the Visolis CEO creates LCY Biosciences and adds new BOD members from LCY and then changes his role in both companies as admin and puts a person from LCY as the President of both companies.

Then LCY Biotechnologies rolls its name into LCY Biosciences and LCY Biosciences puts it logo on the front of the business sign at the plant in Sarnia.

The Visolis CEO is now just an admin for some reason.
