In the 8-22-18 motion for a stay, the monitor reported that the qualified bidders all declined to submit a bid in the SISP process. Decoded - nobody wanted to buy the company. Issue is dead.
“What were the SISP bids again? Why has PWC not made that info public? They made the asset purchase bids available. Why are they hiding the bids in the SISP?”
There were no bids in the SISP (therefore nothing to show)....which is why it went to liquidation.
But then...this has only been explained multiplied times in both the Monitor’s Reports AND the Court filings in both Canada and the US.
