Especially the et als. Adelstein and Scrivelotto for the possibility of

Conspiracy to defraud (setting up a competing company while serving as directors of Supreme Energy)

Failure to full fill fiduciary duties (putting personal goals over companies)

Possible theft of "trade secrets"

Defraud of the courts, (omitting vital information that Scivoletto was Adelstein partner and a holder of preferred shares)
