Talk to Walther. It is way over. The truth does not require anyone's belief to be the truth and post after post saying it isn't truth, mean nothing. Adelstein HAS everything. All assets, the so-called Trade Secrets, everything. IFUS has nothing but a ticker symbol and a mountain of debt and a list of Judgments against it.

If anyone were to ever try to start it up, Adelstein and the New Jersey guy have first dibs on all income. That's ALL income ... as in every last penny.

Not a pleasant scenario for IFUS shareholders, but it is reality. I am convinced that shareholders should sue Walther, et al, and that Judge Ungora laid the ground work to sue under the fraud statutes.
