I have never traded options in my 20 years trading but I am looking into it for ACRX. I would buy some $5.00 calls.

It has to be dilution. I don't know how many shares are authorized and the current out but might be able to call the TA. If 2 million of the shares so far traded today are sales that is 8 million worth of ACRX and I doubt anyone holds that much or it would be a very large group. Non the less the selling seems to be endless and the PPS seems to be a bit low. Any time this shows the slightest upward movement it is shuved back in a second.
